Practice IV — Executive Education
Performance Architecture for Founders
A multi-week residency for founders and operators who run paid acquisition at scale and want to recapture infrastructure ownership from agencies.
01
Overview
Most founders running paid acquisition at scale have outsourced the funnel to an agency that operates on commodity dashboards and proprietary attribution. The economic consequence is structural: the agency owns the data, the platforms own the optimisation, and the founder owns the bill. The strategic consequence is worse: the operating leverage of the business sits with parties whose interests are not aligned with the founder's.
The multi-week residency reverses the structure. Server-side tracking is rebuilt from first principles. Attribution architecture is migrated to client ownership. Conversational layer design is implemented under the founder's direct control. By the end of the programme the founder is operating, not commissioning, the performance stack — with the institutional discipline (LTV/CAC modelling, board-grade quarterly reviews) that the next decade of growth will require.
