Practice IV — Executive Education

AI-Assisted Engineering for Executives

A two-day intensive on the operating model behind LLM-assisted engineering, for executives who buy, govern, or commission it.

01

Overview

Most executives encounter LLM-assisted engineering through vendor demos and pilot projects whose success criteria are defined by the vendor. The programme begins from the opposite premise: the executive will be commissioning, governing, or replacing such engagements over the next decade, and needs to operate the lever — not just understand the marketing.

The two days are spent on the contract-first method: specifications written before code, edge cases enumerated, defensive iteration with rollback discipline, and the cross-stack fluency required to evaluate AI-assisted delivery proposals from vendors. The cohort builds a working module under instruction by the end of day two.
