Parsifal

CRM Core

WordPress-native CRM with Electron desktop client. The system that runs the client engagement.

01

Overview

Parsifal is the central operating layer of the Consistory programme. It replaces the typical agency tooling — a Salesforce instance, a Pipedrive board, a manual ticket queue — with a unified system in which lead acquisition, audience segmentation, calendar discipline, ticketing, multi-channel inbox, automation, and staff governance live under one schema.

The 156 REST endpoints expose the entire model to programmatic control. Parsifal is operated, not licensed: the codebase remains within the holding, the deployment is bespoke to engagement, and the data ownership remains with the client throughout.
