Practice IV — Education

Executive Education

The Magisterium

Closed-cohort programmes for senior decision-makers in regulated industries.

Delivered under bilateral engagement; not enrolled to the public. Curricula designed around participant fact patterns under non-disclosure. The output is a workable command of the tooling, not a certificate.

01

The Practice

Most executive programmes optimise for vocabulary. Decision-makers leave with the language to ask better questions of vendors, consultants, and platforms, but dependent on those parties for the answers.

The Magisterium is built differently. Curricula are designed for executives who refuse intermediation: founders, board members, general counsels, and senior operators in regulated industries who want to operate the lever themselves. The output of a programme is a workable command of the tooling, validated against a fact pattern from the participant’s own operation.

Admission

Selection is bilateral. Both parties opt in.

Admission to the Magisterium begins with a written brief. Required: a clear statement of the operating problem the participant intends to solve, the decision authority they hold, and the timeline within which the doctrine will be deployed. Generic interest is declined.

Reciprocation: a scoping conversation, an admission decision within ten business days, and a bilateral engagement contract. Prices are not published. The Magisterium operates on mandate, not subscription.
