AI Architecture

Powered by Consistory

Six proprietary modules. In production. Operated under mandate.

Costantini & Partners does not license technology. The Consistory programme is authored in-house, in closed source, and deployed within client engagements. Modules replace categories of commodity vendor tooling.

01

The Practice

The contemporary advisory market trades in slide decks built on top of vendor software. The advisor is the interface; the substance lives elsewhere — at Salesforce, at HubSpot, at Adobe, at SendGrid. The structure is fragile because the value sits with the platform.

Consistory inverts this. The stack is authored, in closed source, in production. When an engagement requires a CRM with 156 endpoints, Parsifal is deployed. When transactional email at scale fails on commodity providers, Maestro takes over. When tracking restrictions threaten attribution integrity, Perseus moves the signal server-side. The advisory becomes the deployment.

The Six Modules

Each module is in active production. Each replaces a category of commodity vendor tooling. Each is authored under the Consistory programme.

Method

LLM-assisted engineering as method, not novelty.

Consistory is built using deliberate LLM-assisted engineering. Every module is specified before it is coded: contracts written, endpoints declared, edge cases enumerated, before a line is generated. The model accelerates implementation; it does not replace architecture.

Defensive iteration. Every release passes through five rollback rounds with observable state, so that even when fixes are walked back, the synthetic fallback remains stable. The cross-stack fluency — PHP/WordPress for the CRM core, Node/Baileys for WhatsApp, JS at the tracking layer, Electron for desktop, SQL per analytics — is a coherence choice.
