Overview
The holding does not advertise positions, does not run an applicant tracking system, and does not respond to unsolicited CVs. This is not bureaucratic indifference. It is a structural choice: the firm operates on a network of senior advisors selected over time, on the basis of demonstrated work and direct introduction, not on application volume.
Senior practitioners — general counsel-grade, partner-grade in adjacent firms, senior policy operators, founder-operators with a documented track record — who believe a structural collaboration could serve specific engagements may write to the Managing Partner directly. Substance is read; form letters are not.
