Practice V — Mirafiore Editore
Strategic White Papers
Long-form policy work and strategic theses commissioned for institutional readership.
01
Overview
A white paper is a different object from a memo or a deck. It carries the editorial weight of a binding — physical or otherwise — that signals to the reader: this argument has been worked, peer-tested where appropriate, and committed to a permanent record. The institutional readers Mirafiore Editore writes for — ministers, board members, sovereign-adjacent advisors, regulators — read white papers when memos and decks have failed to settle a question.
The white paper line publishes policy monographs on technology, sovereignty, and regulation; strategic theses by sovereign-adjacent authors; working papers and structured commentary; and embargoed and limited-distribution editions. Materials are commissioned, not solicited.
